Scott Virgin is a licensed Public Adjuster in the State of Florida; however, all services provided through Miami Marine Survey are strictly limited to marine surveying, vessel inspections, appraisals, and expert witness services. No contingency-based claims representation or public adjusting is performed through this company.

Surveying services are conducted in full compliance with the ethical guidelines of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS), the National Association of Marine Surveyors (NAMSGlobal), and the International Association of Marine Investigators (IAMI).
